1. Shipping Locations
We currently deliver to all governorates within Egypt.
If you are located outside Egypt and would like to place an order, please contact us at support@specialtyco.org, and we’ll do our best to assist with international delivery options.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Sunday to Thursday).
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
3. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery
We offer standard courier delivery via trusted local logistics partners.

4. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

5. Damaged, Delayed, or Lost Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or does not arrive at all:
- Please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date
- Email us at: support@specialtyco.org with your order number and, if possible, photos of the issue
We’ll work with the courier to resolve the problem and either:
- Replace the item
- Or issue a refund if necessary

We accept returns of unused items in original condition within 7 days. Return shipping fees may apply unless the product was incorrect or damaged upon arrival.
