Refund & Return Policy

1. Return Eligibility
We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it
- It must be in its original packaging, with tags (if applicable)
- You’ll also need a receipt or proof of purchase
2. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at:

Please include:
- Your order number
- A short description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product or packaging (if damaged or incorrect)
Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
3. Return Shipping & Fees
If your return is approved:
- Return shipping fees (if applicable) will be deducted from your refund
4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item is:
- Defective
- Incorrect
- Damaged during delivery
Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your package, and we will either:
- Send a replacement
- Or issue a full refund (including delivery cost)
5. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Items that have been used or unboxed, unless defective
- Custom or personalized products (if offered)
- Items purchased on sale or promotion
6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
To get a different item:
- Request a return for the original item
- Place a new order for the item you want
7. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- You’ll receive an email confirming approval (or rejection)
- If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for processing (depending on your bank or payment provider)
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us.
